Post by Madcombat on Mon Aug 22, 2016 2:02 pm

RESPECTING THE PASSIVE EVENT IS A MUST.

Unusual happenings in the region of Karrack, a plague is effecting the people of Surna.

Knowledge of where this plague comes from or what caused it is uncertain, some blame the beast kin.  Others believe it's the lack of faith.  What ever it is, it is causing the peasantry to succumb to death.  Whilst others strong enough are weakened. -1 Endurance to all characters.

(Note: This doesn't kill characters, however IC'ly the plague is causing the death of Non-playerble characters.)

To make matters worse in Surna, due to the wavering of the Light and the abandonment of Karrack.  The Church has fell mysteriously into disarray.  Thus' a darkness has fallen over Karrack.  As a response this, all Characters in Surna are feeling a cold dark taint effecting the will of the inhabitants.  The Lord Paladin has departed these lands leaving the people to fend for themselves.  The Portal to the Academy remains closed, a method of preventing the plague from spreading. Crops are dying.

Other effects include the land itself dying, thus effecting farm production in the region. (Just in case you're not religious)
    -1 Willpower.

    Symptoms are:
    Pale skin
    Sickness (Sneezing)
    Vomiting

This passive event lasts for one week, there are dark days ahead.  Event will end on
    Saturday 27th.

Those immune to the plagues effects are as following:

Servants of the light (Eternal Flame Members)
    Servants of Nature (Druids)
Cult of Calamity (Those blessed by the God of Calamity)

Hard times ahead, expect danger this week.
